A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Hi Everyone.

I hope this e-mail finds each of you doing well.  Your Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Committee Chairs and Members have all been busy working on your behalf.  There's lots going on in Division 29 and in addition to what I review here you'll hear more in the near future about other ongoing activities.  Please visit our website at http://www.divisionofpsychotherapy.org/ .  There are a number of resources there that may be of interest to you.  Also, on the opening page you can read my welcome message that mentions a lot of what we're doing.  This includes our new website development task force, our new editor of the Psychotherapy Bulletin, and more.

If you are a member of the division whose work has made a significant and lasting impact on psychotherapy please contact our Fellows Chair, Jeffrey Magnavita, at MagnaPsych@aol.com .  For additional information click on the Fellows link on the website.  We have many members who deserve this recognition. Much more information will be included in the summer issue of the Psychotherapy Bulletin. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, or just want to get involved, please contact me at drjbarnett1@comcast.net .  I look forward to hearing from you.  With best wishes to all - Jeff
