Sarah Knox, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology at Marquette University, and is also Director of Training of the department’s counseling psychology doctoral program. She previously served Division 29 as Chair of the Research Committee, and continues to serve as an Editorial Board member for the Division’s journal. She is also a member of the Editorial Board for Psychotherapy Research. Dr. Knox’s own research focuses on a range of training-related concerns (e.g., the therapy relationship, psychotherapy supervision, advising, dissertation processes).
The Education and Training Domain focuses, as its title suggests, on activities related to education and training in psychology. A recent emphasis, as reflected in the articles appearing in Psychotherapy Bulletin, has been on case formulation competencies.
